Interactions
Each cycle it does the first of these it can:
- Cull (with a herd cap set): removes one adult of any species over the cap. Drops are collected and the animal's 1 to 3 XP is banked. Babies and breeding animals are never culled.
- Milk: needs an empty bucket loaded and a cow in range; 30-second cooldown.
- Shear: one ready sheep, only when a free output slot exists, so wool never litters the ground.
- Breed: feeds two animals of one species from the feed slots (whatever they actually eat).
It vacuums dropped items and experience orbs in its area every cycle. The -/+ buttons set the per-species herd cap (-- is off, max 64); breeding pauses for species at the cap. Click the green bar to collect banked XP.
Tips
Milk buckets do not stack. Dairy setups want eject enabled with a chest underneath. Keep wheat, seeds, and carrots in the feed slots to cover cows, sheep, chickens, and pigs.
